The techs were very helpful in solving the problem with our new propane furnace. They confirmed my own analysis and answered all of our questions. They were very helpful with questions we had also had about our newly installed mini-splits.

Can't say enough about the customer service I received during a very stressful time of having frozen pipes. I was told by 9 other plumbers that I had to "wait" for my pipes to thaw for them to be able to do anything. But Prime came up with a solution and I had working Pipes within a few hours. Thank you Prime for being timely, responsive and for walking me through a process I was not familiar with for better understanding. 10/10 recommend!!

These folks are great at their work, explain things thoroughly, give excellent customer service and have been very responsive / timely with their service. I’ve gotten a water heater replaced, metal fabricated and two furnaces inspected. Overall, I trust them as a company and appreciate the humans that work here.
